I contacted Ms Bamberger in December 2021 with a property request - at a time when the market situation could not have been more difficult: there were practically no properties in question - the market was empty and characterised by a discrepancy between quality and price expectations on the seller's side. However, this mismatch did not stop Ms Bamberger and her team from coming up with a property within a very short time, which a) I would never have found without her network and b) I would not have been able to handle on my own within the given time frame. The process of finding and buying a property was characterised by efficiency, empathy and a professionalism that I have not experienced in other buying processes: In addition to the usual exposé, the land register excerpt, the service charge specification, the WEG protocol and other documents that are indispensable for a good overview and a well-founded decision-making process were presented without being asked.
