Ancillary costs - Property purchase
Buying a property involves further ancillary costs for you as the purchaser in addition to the purchase price. These should be clear and comprehensible and included in budget calculations from the start.
The ancillary purchase costs comprise all expenses to be borne by the purchaser, irrespective of whether you are buying a house, an apartment or a plot of land. The ancillary costs when buying a property could amount to up to 10% of the actual purchase price.
These costs cover the entry in the land register, property transfer tax, property profit tax, the costs of drawing up the contract, all administrative charges and the agent’s commission.
The ancillary purchase costs are to be paid on signing the purchase contract.
