All discussions in connection with the brokerage of a property must be conducted through Bamberger Immobilien Consulting GmbH. In case of violation we expressly reserve the right to assert claims for damages at least up to the amount of the respective commission claim. Possible intermediate sales are not excluded from this.

  • For this offer, the provisions of the Brokerage Act as amended BGBl. I No. 112/2018 including § 15 Brokerage Act as agreed.
  • Brokerage commission for purchase: 3% + 20% VAT.
  • Brokerage commission for rent: 1 – 3 gross monthly rent + 20% VAT.
  • Additional costs for purchase: 1.1% registration fee, 3.5% land transfer tax, approx. 1.5 – 2% for drawing up the contract plus VAT.
